Dunton Tower Renovations
This was a full service contract to remedy performance problems, unsightly appearance (corten steel rusting), and damage to the ground floor entrance, podium, and paved roof terrace. The remedial work was based on investigative studies by the Architect and his engineers. Brick and pavers were removed from the entire area to install waterproofing, then new matched bricks and pavers were installed.
