The work involved the complete demolition and interior fit up for a drug store on the ground floor, replacement of the front facade of the building, and alterations to the basement area. This forty-year-old building has a new lease on life with upgraded heating and cooling systems, electrical systems and lighting, improved life safety measures and an entirely new structural glazing curtain wall. The adjacent lot has also been developed as a parking lot.
