Richard Limmert Architect was formed in 1984. The Principal, Richard Limmert, has a demonstrated reputation for excellence in design, executing projects of many types including schools, offices, recreation and industrial buildings, libraries and custom residences, to name a few.
Apart from our experience, we feel that there are other attributes of the firm which our clients appreciate. The firm has worked successfully with large complex client organizations, government departments and school boards, honing our skills of administration and communications. At the same time, our firm has participated in very small scale, high design projects requiring sophisticated and elegant detailing. Our work has been recognized for its design excellence, winning many awards and being published. We have participated in projects located remote from our office, as far away as Vancouver and the Bahamas, giving us experience in advanced communication methods and computer applications to provide attentive service to our distant clients sub consultants.
Presently there are seven employees of the firm, including two licensed architects and four intern architects. The office is fully computerized including computer aided design and drafting, photographic databases, computer 3-D rendering and project scheduling.
